About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to join a fast-paced talent acquisition team at a successful and growing digital marketing agency. This role is focused on full-cycle sourcing and screening for a high volume of open requisitions, with an emphasis on media, digital marketing, client services, account management, and B2B-adjacent hiring.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle sourcing and screening across a portfolio of open requisitions

• Partner with hiring teams to understand role requirements and candidate profiles

• Build and manage a strong, active pipeline of qualified candidates

• Conduct initial candidate screens and assess fit against role criteria

• Track candidate progress and maintain organized, up-to-date records throughout the process

Requirements

• 2–3 years of recruiting experience, ideally within an agency setting

• Direct experience recruiting for media, client strategy, account management, and/or media analytics roles

• Proven experience managing a high volume of requisitions simultaneously — candidates should have handled 15–20 open reqs at a time, with a minimum of 10 reqs as a baseline

• Strong sourcing and screening skills with the ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
