Marissa is passionate about all things recruiting and Human Resources. Fully equipped with a BBA in Human Resources plus over 16 years of progressive experience in recruitment and HR in the U.S. market, Marissa took her knowledge and founded Hansen Recruiting in 2008. She loves connecting top industry talent with amazing opportunities and especially enjoys working within the digital industry because of its fast-paced and ever-changing atmosphere. Marissa currently focuses the majority of her work on the client-side of recruiting, but she also enjoys works with candidates from time to time as well. When she’s not hard at work at Hansen Recruiting, she enjoys spending time with her family and loves to watch her kids play football and volleyball.

When she isn’t playing professional match-maker you can find her spending time with her family or in College Station cheering on her beloved Aggies.
